Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the item's condition.
Receive RMA Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the appropriate return shipping address for your region.
Secure Packaging
Pack the device securely in its original box with all foam inserts, tools, and resin tanks to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned hardware for usage and integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
